Meet me:

marla c. hayes

You have a new life waiting for you on the other side of your court case. Let’s get you there.

It’s not just law. It’s personal.

I never thought I would be doing family law…

…just like you probably never imagined you’d be going through a family law case. I studied English at The University of Texas with the goal of becoming a writer. I later went through a divorce and custody battle, which gave me a unique perspective on the challenges families face. Later, I attended The University of Texas School of Law to follow my passion for advocacy and helping others navigate the legal system. Today, I’m here not just as your attorney, but as someone who truly understands what you are facing. I’m committed to telling your story, protecting your rights, and guiding you through this journey with compassion and strength.

What Drives Us

Family law cases can become time-consuming and expensive. At this firm, we’re committed to being different from the stories you may have heard—where calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and clients are left without a clear plan. Instead, we focus on efficiency, communication, and strategy, working to move your case forward quickly and without unnecessary complications.

Court is traumatizing for most people. That’s why we work hard to keep you out of the courtroom whenever possible—by doing the research, listening to your story, and finding agreements that truly work for you and your family. And if your case does need to go before a judge, we’ll be right by your side, making sure you feel prepared, supported, and confident before you ever walk through those doors.”

What’s next?

The first step is admitting you have a problem. The second step is scheduling a consultation.

If we decide that we want to work together, then you will be sent intake paperwork, a contract to sign, and a link to start your own portal. It’s a portal where we will send you your documents and communicate with you about your case, not a portal to another dimension, but it might just change your life.
